Update Purchase Agreements may affect suite readiness at occupancy; please refer to the Finishes, Appliances and Extras Section of your Agreement of Purchase and Sales or see your Design Consultant for details. No verbal agreements of any type will be honoured, please ensure all documentation is detailed and correct at the time of approval.
