What is included in my suite?
Organized by series
With the purchase of your new home, you can select from a variety of included and personal selection (upgrade) finishes, fixtures and features.
We have grouped all of our products into five series. For example, if you purchase a 300-series suite, then you may select any of the 300-series products, which are included with no additional cost.
What Series is my suite?
There is a variety of finishes such as flooring, countertops, tiles, and cabinetry included in each series. Finishes not included in your series are available for purchase through our App.
Fixtures, such as plumbing, appliances, and hardware, have been pre-selected by our Interior Designers for you, but alternative options are still available for purchase. To confirm your suite series level, you can reference the title of your Schedule B in your Agreement of Purchase and Sale or refer to the chart below to see which series your community includes:
