An app that lets you visualize all our finishes and features: Explore, customize, and select the perfect finish for your future condo with ease. Designing your new home has never been so simple. Tridel Design Studio allows you to review your suite floorplan and select from a wide range of colours and finishes, while the visualizer allows you to see what your new suite will look like in real-time.
REVIEW
Re-familiarize yourself with your floor plan, and the included electrical templates.

Review all of your selections in the Shopping Cart and see the price for each item. The App will also approximate the impact to your monthly mortgage payment for the selected items. You can save different versions of your suite, to compare and contrast later with friends and family.
VISUALIZE
Click on any of our included and personal selection (upgrade) finishes and fixtures in our digital canvas and see how they work together in your new home.
Create a kitchen and bathroom that is uniquely yours, and select from a variety of other finishing touches, so your suite is personalized and ready when you move in.
COMPLETE OR BOOK
Once you are happy with your selections, you can finalize and sign for your design online. You will also have the option to book a one-on-one appointment with a Design Consultant through the app if you prefer. The App will show you available appointment times, simply select an appointment slot that works best for you.
